102nd Street Bridge, La Guardia Airport This $15 million project includes a complete deck and approach slab replacement, along with a seismic retrofit and traffic safety upgrade. This is part of the LGA East End Roadway Improvements Project, which consists of a set of roadway modifications designed to meet both long- and short-term needs for improved service levels on roadways serving the East End terminals. The construction of a series of new ramps at the 102nd Street Bridge is designed to provide more efficient egress from the East End terminals to the Grand Central Parkway. Garden State has provided a full range of surveying services, including setting out of the lines and grades for bridge construction, as built surveys of existing structure for the construction of the proposed girders. |
