Garden State performed construction layout services for the on-going project to replace and rehabilitate the 86 year old Croton-Harmon Complex. The facility provides several vital functions for the railroad’s electric, diesel coach and locomotive fleets, including: overnight storage serving the Hudson Line, heavy repair, overhaul, running repair, and car appearance maintenance.
