Garden State is performed progress and as-built surveys in support of the US Army Corps of Engineers program to remediate contaminated areas in and around this site. Contamination at the properties resulted from rate earths and thorium processing activities conducted at the Maywood Chemical Works from the early 1900’s through 1959.
