Ms. Bakes has over forty years of extensive engineering supervision, design and field experience with increasing responsibility in: Project Management, Scheduling & Estimating, Civil/Structual Design, Steel Design, Pipe & Cable Tray Support Design, Highway Structures, Irrigation Structures, Earth Dam & Hydraulic Structures Design, Site Development including Roads, Parking Lots, Railroads, Demolition and Drainage, and nine years of University Lecturing. Ms. Bakes is working as the firm’s consultant for marketing/ QA/QC and overall coordination.

Angelo J. Fiorenza, P.L.S., Chief of Survey

With over 37 years of survey experience on all levels, Mr. Fiorenza’s work has included hands-on field survey, office computations, supervision, and coordination with clients. He has performed title, topographic, utility, aerial control, and geodetic survey work throughout the Tri-State Metropolitan area. His job duties also include quality control and quality assurance of field methodology; and the coordination of field survey activities with engineers, architects, and construction managers. Mr. Fiorenza is responsible for the supervision and daily coordination of field survey and associated office computations and CAD Mapping. He is a Licensed Land Surveyor in the States of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida.

Mirjana Bolf, P.E., Project Manager

Mrs. Bolf has over 22 years of experience in the analysis and design of bridges, including new structures and the repair and rehabilitation of existing bridges. As a structural lead engineer / project engineer, she has participated in the design on many major rehabilitation projects in New York and on various projects in New Jersey, and several other states, ranging from major viaducts and historic bridges to pedestrian bridges. Ms. Bolf also participated in design of sign structures, retaining walls, culverts, platforms and stairways, railroad station buildings, bridge ratings and in depth inspections. She has applied her bridge knowledge to construction support by performing calculations for survey layout for bridge erection and deck supports for various New York and New Jersey bridges and structures. Mrs. Bolf is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York.
