Ms. Bakes has over forty years of extensive engineering supervision, design and field experience with increasing responsibility in: Project Management, Scheduling & Estimating, Civil/Structual Design, Steel Design, Pipe & Cable Tray Support Design, Highway Structures, Irrigation Structures, Earth Dam & Hydraulic Structures Design. Site Development including Roads, Parking Lots, Railroads, Demolition and Drainage, and nine years of University Lecturing. Ms. Bakes assumes the responsibility of overall company’s operation, marketing and QA/QC, coordination of design, CAD drafting, and surveying.

Zoran Bolf, P.E., Vice President

Mr. Bolf has over twenty four years of both national and international hands-on experience in Structural and Civil Engineering Projects. As a Senior Project Manager, he was in charge of bridge design projects for the NJ Turnpike Authority, and part of the design team for the new, New Jersey Transit Station in Newark, NJ. Mr. Bolf was team leader and/or team member for inspection of more than 200 bridges in New York City. His expertise includes bridge rating analysis for superload crossings over existing bridge structures (Pennsylvania and New York State). Mr. Bolf was also responsible for the structural design of several major building projects. He has worked and assumed responsibility in analysis, design, and preparation of drawings, specifications and proposals for a variety of projects including bridges, and commercial and residential structures. Mr. Bolf is well versed in computer modeling and analysis using various engineering and surveying softwares. Mr. Bolf is a Registered Professional Engineer in the States of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Georgia.

Bernard Tomulich, L.S., PP, Director of Surveying

Over forty years of expertise and experience in the land surveying field with a reputation for excellence in accomplishing the most difficult survey tasks with the greatest speed and accuracy. Mr. Tomulich has actively participated in all phases of land surveying and mapping, construction lay-out, ROW, and property line determination. Mr. Tomulich supervises and coordinates all Survey Department Operations.
