West Midtown Ferry Terminal The building, encompassing 28,000 square feet, was developed by the NYC Economic Development Corporation. The structure wraps around the twin ventilator shafts for the Lincoln Tunnel and incorporates cantilevered sections and large expanses of glass areas to maximum waterfront views.
