This 4.8 million-square-foot entertainment destination is located in Bergen County, NJ, just off Interstate 95, the most traveled north-south corridor in the country. Meadowlands Xanadu will be minutes away from the largest tourism and retail market in the United States and is expected to attract a potential market of 45 million residents and tourists. It will offer visitors of all ages a broad array of engaging experiences, including interactive entertainment venues, fine dining, outdoor amusements, runway fashion shows and its main attraction—America’s first Snow Dome for indoor skiing. Created by Xanadu Corporation, the project represents 20,000 construction jobs, 20,000 permanent jobs, and a mighty economic boost for the State and the people of New Jersey

Garden State has been working on this project since the start—setting up the control for the entire project, providing as-built survey and construction layout of piles, pile caps, and anchor bolts. We have provided main axis lines for buildings, set out interior lease lines and coldman lines. We have also provided as-built survey of utilities, buildings (interior and exterior), and landscaping.
